Recording storage
4TB of storage is supplied with the kit. A reliable day count cannot be given for this configuration, since the result depends on the cameras chosen, the bitrate each one uses and when recording is scheduled.
Before installation
Start by checking the box list: it shows which power supplies, cables and mounting accessories come with the kit. Then plan the cable lengths and camera positions for the site, since coverage follows from where each camera is placed, not from how many there are. At every position, establish what the lens will see, the lighting there and how exposed the camera is to weather.
