Application of these terms
These terms govern every order, retail or trade, placed on the CCTV Traders website, and all use of the site. Please read them before ordering. Anyone unwilling to be bound by them should not place an order or use our services.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts a consumer’s statutory rights, and those rights prevail over any term that conflicts with them.

Trade accounts and trade pricing
Trade accounts are open to registered businesses. Approval of an application is a matter for CCTV Traders alone, and its decision is final. A trade account, and any credit terms attached to it, may be withdrawn by us at any time.
The prices shown to a trade account are confidential to that account and must not be shared with third parties or republished in any form.
Orders and formation of contract
An order placed through the website is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch, and neither the order itself nor any acknowledgement of it creates one.
Every order is subject to stock. Should an item cease to be available, or should we find an error in its price or description prior to dispatch, we are entitled to decline that order and will refund the full amount paid.
Price terms
Prices are quoted in sterling. The price shown is the full amount payable for the goods, and only a delivery charge, where one applies, is added at checkout.
Delivery charges are stated before an order is completed. Prices may be revised at any time; a revision never applies to an order already accepted.
Delivery, risk and title
Delivery times stated on the website are estimates only. If a delivery date has not been agreed, delivery will take place without undue delay and at the latest 30 days after formation of the contract.
Risk in the goods passes on delivery. For consumers, title and risk pass when the goods come into the physical possession of the consumer or their nominee.
Returns
Consumers may cancel a distance purchase within 14 days and hold further rights over goods that are faulty or misdescribed. Business returns, trade account orders included, require our prior approval and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Liability
Liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury attributable to our negligence, and for breach of statutory consumer rights is neither excluded nor limited by these terms, nor is any other liability the law does not permit us to restrict.
Beyond that, we accept no liability for indirect or consequential loss, nor for lost profits, revenue, business or data, in connection with goods we supply or with use of the website.
For business buyers, our aggregate liability under any order shall not exceed the price paid for it.
Applicable law
England and Wales is the governing jurisdiction for these terms, and its courts hear any dispute. A consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland retains the right to bring proceedings locally.
