After approval, every product shows your trade price whenever you are signed in, and that is the price you are charged.
Send us the job specification or a bill of materials and we return a priced quote covering every line of the job; it remains valid for 30 days. Trade accounts can also build and keep quotes in the account area.
A quote can be passed on to your client with your margin applied.
Questions about your account, a quote or an order are answered by email on working days.
There is one catalogue and two prices. Every visitor sees the public price and can buy at it straight away. Once a trade account is approved, you see trade prices across the catalogue and pay them in the basket, at checkout and on quotes. A trade price is never higher than the public price.
The form takes about a minute. We review each application by hand, approve the account and set your trade pricing, normally within one working day, and confirm by email once it is done.
