How a trade account works
- 1
Application
The trade page asks for your name, your company, a work email, a phone number and the kind of work you price.
- 2
Review
A member of the team reads every application. Most are decided within one working day, and the decision arrives by email.
- 3
Trade pricing
On approval the account is placed on trade pricing. While you are signed in, each product shows that price and checkout charges it.
- 4
Quotes
A basket can go to us as a quote request instead of an order. Quotes we prepare keep their prices for 30 days, and you may pass them to your client.
