Product review policy
This policy explains how CCTV Traders collects product reviews from customers, the checks a review may undergo before publication, and the terms of any incentive.

Reviews are accepted only from customers having bought the product from CCTV Traders, either through the private link we send by email after purchase or by way of the order in your account following dispatch. Every published review accordingly reflects a verified purchase.
We do not select customers, or time our requests, according to how satisfied we expect them to be, and every request is worded identically.
Neither the star rating of a review nor any criticism it makes of us or a product will cause it to be hidden, delayed or edited.
A review is held for manual checking only where it includes abusive language, contains a link, gives an email address or a telephone number, or offers too little text to assist other buyers. Our target is a decision within 7 days of a review being held. Removal or refusal of a review is confined to cases of spam, abuse, personal information or content unrelated to the product, and a negative opinion is never in itself a reason.
Writing a review attracts no incentive. We offer no discounts, credits or prize-draw entries in return for reviews.
Reviews posted at Google, Trustpilot or any other external platform are likewise never rewarded.
We may respond publicly to a review, but no response will ever offer an inducement to change or withdraw it.
A review is an opinion on a product, offered for the benefit of other buyers; a complaint is a matter you would like us to resolve. Customers may do either, or both: making a complaint does not prevent you from also leaving a review, and a review is no alternative to the returns or complaints procedure.

Customers may receive an invitation from us to leave feedback on Google or Trustpilot. Reviews published on other websites and marketplaces are not imported to our product pages.
