Delivery: frequently asked questions
1How is delivery charged?
UK-wide delivery costs £5.99 per order; orders above £100.00 are delivered free of charge. The charge applies per order rather than per item, so additional items on the same order do not increase it.
2When are orders dispatched?
Stock items are dispatched on the same working day when the order is received by 4pm, Monday to Friday. Anything ordered later, or at the weekend, is dispatched the next working day. Back-ordered lines are sent once the stock is in place, and the expected lead time is displayed at checkout before payment.
3Is the delivery charge higher for the Highlands and Islands or Northern Ireland?
No. Both are covered by the standard UK rate of £5.99 per order, with no charge where the order totals more than £100.00. Channel Islands and Isle of Man addresses are priced on request; please contact us before ordering.
4What should I do if goods arrive damaged or incorrect?
Please notify us of the problem within a reasonable time. We put matters right at our cost, including return carriage. Consumers additionally may cancel a distance purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, and have 30 days in which to reject goods that prove faulty. The returns page sets out the full terms.
