Hikvision DS-7616NXI-K2/16P(E) 16-Channel PoE AcuSense 4K NVR, K Series, 2 SATA Bays

The DS-7616NXI-K2/16P(E) is a 16-channel K Series NVR for IP systems that need more cameras and more storage. Sixteen integrated IEEE 802.3af/at PoE ports power and connect the cameras directly, reducing the need for separate PoE switching equipment.

• Channels: 16 IP cameras; recording up to 16MP
• Bandwidth: 160 Mbps incoming and 160 Mbps outgoing
• Decoding (NVR AI off): 3 channels at 12MP, 5 at 8MP, 10 at 4MP or 16 at 2MP
• Storage: two SATA bays, up to 16TB per drive
• Outputs: independent HDMI (up to 3840 × 2160 at 30 Hz) and VGA
• Other: Gigabit LAN, 4 alarm inputs, 1 alarm output, RCA audio in and out, 2 USB 2.0 ports

AcuSense covers human and vehicle classification, perimeter protection, facial detection, face-picture comparison and Motion Detection 2.0. AcuSearch playback and ANPR depend on compatible cameras with those functions enabled. Integration is through ONVIF profiles S and G, the Hikvision SDK and ISAPI.

Sixteen-channel synchronous playback is supported, so you can review every camera at once. With two SATA bays you can fit two drives, each up to 16TB, which helps larger sites keep footage for longer. The recorder also has four alarm inputs and one alarm output for connecting local alarm devices. The product code carries an (E) suffix, so match it against the unit you are replacing. Hard drives are bought separately.
